· Speech title: Achieving Sustainable Success through the Integration of Humanities, Wisdom Education, and Service Management in Business Education
· Abstract: Achieving sustainable success in the fast-paced corporate environment of today calls for strategies beyond traditional profit-centric ones. The incorporation of wisdom education, humanities, and service management into business processes is being considered as a means to achieve long-term success. Utilizing multidisciplinary viewpoints, it investigates how the humanities might promote empathy, analytical reasoning, and cross-cultural comprehension in business settings. Emphasizing moral reasoning and emotional intelligence, it explores the significance of wisdom education in developing ethical leadership and decision-making abilities. Furthermore, it delves into service management principles, emphasizing their importance in improving customer experiences and fostering social change. By analyzing real-life examples and academic concepts, this explores how combining the humanities, education on wisdom, and managing services can foster a well-rounded and socially aware business strategy. Furthermore, it makes a valuable contribution to the expanding body of knowledge about the strategic use of the humanities, wisdom education, and service management by enterprises. This integration not only facilitates their current success but also lays the solid groundwork for long-term prosperity. By incorporating humanities, wisdom education, and service management into business processes, numerous dimensions of sustainable development, including education, economic growth, innovation, and responsible consumption, are effectively addressed, thereby making significant contributions to multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 4, 8, 9, and 12).
